Our computer system meets
today's cutting edge appraisal technology. Digital mapping,
sketching, and cameras all allow for transmission of
full reports via the Internet. When the report is completed,
it is on the client's computer within minutes - there's
no more waiting for the report in the mail. This is
known as EDI or Electronic Data Interchange, which has
changed the way appraisal firms do business. Technology
has also affected the way appraisers use research data
to support their appraisals. Online systems, including
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and B&T (Banker & Tradesman)
allow for greater speed and accuracy.
